Safety equipment, intended to protect against backtracking of material transport systems. Allows rotation in one direction only, prevents reverse rotation when the drive stops or shuts down. Mounted on torque arms, on beam (i), for attachment to locking assemblies. Backstops are suitable for axles with low rotations and high torques.
